A big shout out to Cathy and her team at Active8 Finance! Our project took over 3.5 years for completion of build. It was originally a 6-month build. Cathy and her team rode the highs and lows through covid and beyond! They were very agile and brokered the right banking finance, even with the challenging constant changing time frames, bank loan terms, builder developer conflicts.
